I've created this page to share my "Hirsutism Must-haves" with you. At the moment you can find my favorite supplements, tools for hair removal and books. If you're looking to join an online support group or would like to do some further reading, I've also included links at the bottom of the page.

If you have Hirsutism, you've probably heard, that many women have found, that spearmint tea to be helpful. These Spearmint Capsules by Swanson are my favorites.

If you are ok drinking about 2 cups of tea a day, this Spearmint Tea can help with your Hirsutism symptoms.

Adding a Zinc Supplement (This one's my favorite!) can have many benefits for your health. It can also help with Hirsutism Symptoms. Learn more about Zinc here.

Progesterone can be helpful for women with PCOS and Hirsutism. Progesterone is very powerful, so I recommend you speak to your doctor before trying this. These single-use packets of natural progesterone cream are especially practical. Learn more about Progesterone here.

These Dried Reishi Mushrooms are great for making tea. Learn more about Reishi Mushrooms here.

If you don't have time to wait around until your reishi mushroom tea is done, this Reishi Mushroom Elixir Mix is great. I also use it as a replacement for coffee and on the go.

Saw Palmetto is another popular natural supplement among those struggling with Hirsutism. Learn more about Saw Palmetto here.

Many have seen improvements to their hormonal health with this Hormone Support Supplement with DIM. Learn more about DIM here.

IPL is a bit of a controversial subject in the Hirsutism Community, as many argue, that Electrolysis and Laser are the way to go. I have personally seen success with IPL. So has my mum. I got IPL done professionally (10 sessions) and now use this at-home device (PHILIPS Lumea) to get rid of the occasional hair, that comes back.

I only recently found out about this Spring Hair Removal Device from a friend. I use it to get remove peach fuzz in my face. I don't think it is as effective for dark, coarse hair.

I added this Hair Remover from Anyou, as I like how practical and painless it is. Just like with the spring, I think it works best on peach fuzz and many women recommend and use it for the upper lip.

This is my go-to Hair Removal Cream for my Arms.

The Dermaflash is a popular tool among women to remove peach fuzz. I've tried my friend's and liked it. It is a little pricey tough, so I continue to use these brow trimmers on my face. They do the job and are a lot cheaper.

Nair Face Cream is my favorite Hair Removal Cream for my Face. It also works well on coarse hair.

I've been following Amy Medling's blog for a while and was happy, when she finally came out with this book. It has some useful tips and also a whole recipe section.

While there is a lot of information available for those with PCOS, Amazon doesn't list many trustworthy Hirsutism books. This book is quite scientific and pretty pricey, but if you want to get a good understanding of the condition, I can recommend it.

Keto is the go-to diet for many women with PCOS and Hirsutism. I find this book to be perfect for people, who are new to the diet.
If you don't like meat, are vegetarian or vegan, this book on Vegan Keto is great too.
